Fully Accessible

Our events aims to be fully accessible, with wheelchair access, accessible facilities, step-free routes, seating areas, and support for visitors with additional needs. Accessible parking is available via entry through the main gates of the Racecourse.

Come Rain, Hail, Snow or Shine, the fair will go ahead. Most of our traders are indoors in a comfortable light and airy setting.

Pitch Sizes

With more than 60 experienced and very knowledgeable dealers just waiting to welcome you to their stands with exciting things to discover

Pitch Pricing

Single pitch (6 ft) £80

Double Pitch (12 ft) £92

Treble Pitch (18 ft) £120

Outside Pitch £40 (when booked and paid for in advance) or £50 when booked on the day. Please note that tables and chairs are NOT supplied for Outdoor pitches. Pitches are allocated from 07:00 on the day.

EARLY TRADE BUYER ENTRY from 8.30 am

PUBLIC ENTRY from 9.30 am

FAIR CLOSES AT 3 pm

Set up Times

Indoor traders can set up on the Monday before the fair between 16:00 & 18:00.

Entrance on Tuesday morning is from 06:15 - please do not arrive ahead of this time.

Set-up from 07:00

Fair closes at 15:00

Traders to be clear of fair by 18:00
