Fully Accessible

Our events aims to be fully accessible, with wheelchair access, accessible facilities, step-free routes, seating areas, and support for visitors with additional needs. Accessible parking is available via entry through the main gates of the Racecourse.

Don’t worry about the weather

Come Rain, Hail, Snow or Shine, the fair will go ahead. Most of our traders are indoors in a comfortable light and airy setting.

Pitch Sizes

We have both Indoor and limited numbers of Outdoor pitches available. Singles, Double and Trebles available (6ft multiples)

Simply tell us what you require. We are flexible and will work with you to ensure that you are allocated the space that you need. Power can be supplied to most indoor pitches.

Light Refreshments

Light refreshments and a seating area available throughout the day.

Pitch Pricing

Single pitch (6 ft) £80

Double Pitch (12 ft) £100

Treble Pitch (18 ft) £130

Outside Pitch £50, must be pre-booked as we do not accept casual traders. Please note that tables and chairs are NOT provided for Outdoor pitches. Pitches are allocated from 07:00 on the day.

Entrance on Sunday morning is from 06:30 - please do not arrive ahead of this time.

Set-up from 6:30 am

Fair closes at 4 pm
